These FAQ’s are assembled to give you a guideline of how MyRefundClub.net works.  We do not purport that they are all inclusive.  If you find questions that are ambigious, or questions not answered, please follow the link to our Contact Us page, and submit your question.  We will make every effort to get back to you in a timely fashion.

How Can We Give Away Such Great Products?

We assure you that this is not a scam! Companies need consumers to try and review products, services, and websites and are willing to pay money to have them do so. Most of the time you're asked to do this without any compensation, what we do is take the money companies give us for YOUR participation, and give you equivalent products.

Are there any requirements for participation?
You must be at least 13 years old. Members from the United States and other English speaking countries will have the most offers available to them, but members from other countries are welcome as well.

How much can I make?

How much you can make is dependent on a few things such as what country you're from and how much time you're willing to devote to making money. As it is, most members have the opportunity to make more than a thousand dollars!

When do I get the product?

 Please allow 4 to 6 weeks from completion of all offers that exist in a campaign.  This time frame is necessary to guarantee that our advertisers have seen the met objective, and passed back that information to us.

What's the best way to get started?

After you sign-up, you'll be presented with a short message on how to complete offers.

I referred my friend and it didn't give me credit?

The most common problem we encounter is when a group of people are on a shared IP and all run the same IP address. Since this is our first line of defense to protect against fraud (yes, it does sadly exist!!) you may not get credit. We do have methods to try and detect these types of referrals as well and if we believe a referral is suspect you will not immediately be given credit for it.
